Using an Executive Coach as a management tool? YES To get great results, the leader needs to stay in action. Motivation is easy when things are going well, when just starting a project, or when the next step is clear. However, when things get tough motivation often declines. An executive coach will help you see the value of achieving your goal. They will help you determine your next step and will help you keep moving. You will achieve great results faster. You will see movement in your professional and personal life. You will celebrate results-then you will use what you learned in the process of achieving them to take the next step to achieve even more. It is a
Most of us receive feedback from the world directly in the form of results, good and bad and then indirectly by the quality of our relationships. We can only do our best based on what we know, the feedback you receive will increase your learning about yourself. It is often hard to get perspective when one is in the middle of a situation. The coach has a clearer view of the game than the players do. A coach will help you evaluate your skill level and keep you on track with what is important to you. You will see yourself clearly, as your peers do. You will improve your performance. You will see what is going on around you. You will improve your confidence and sense of control.

WHAT IS EXECUTIVE COACHING?
It is an Empowering Style of Relating. The client and coach strive to design a working relationship: trusting, challenging, and supportive. The client uses the coach as a resource and takes action weekly to accomplish results. The coach expects a lot of the client, but never puts the result ahead of the relationship.
The ‘Process of Development’
A coach develops a client’s personal foundation so their natural gifts and talents can emerge. A coach helps the client to be happy in the present, rather than just planning for the future. A coach uses advanced tools to promote this growth, but the client does the work.
It is a Form of Consulting
Like consulting, the client discusses problems and opportunities and asks for information and advice. The client pays a fee, usually monthly, for services rendered.
It Focuses on the Entire Person
The coach helps the client to have all areas of life working well together, balanced and integrated. The coach assists the client in strengthening their communication, language and relationship skills. The coach supports the client to examine their personal standards if they so choose.
It Is A Process NOT An Event…
To effectively reach, inspire and persuade today, values-based communication and authenticity are essential. The employee and employer of today has unprecedented access to information and choices, they are different from any that preceded them, and they want it their way. To ignore these trends (the way they think and their high level of awareness and discernment) can spell disaster for todays leader.
